To use: Since this blend may contain lemon essential oil, be sure to apply it on areas that are not exposed to direct sunlight.
 
Apply it just below the collarbone of your shirt or inhale deeply, directly (3-4 breaths) from the roll-on. Apply to the bottoms of the feet and cover with socks.
