The "Kingdom Dynamics Mentorship" program is a comprehensive, tiered mentorship that supports spiritual growth, leadership development, and effective ministry engagement at various levels of experience and commitment. This structure helps in personal growth and ensures the holistic development of skilled leaders for the broader Apostolic-Prophetic, Kingdom-centered ministry community. KDM starts in January 2024.


Foundations Tier"Laying the Groundwork for Spiritual Growth"

Duration: 6 months


Focus: Building a solid spiritual foundation, understanding Apostolic-Prophetic ministries, and developing personal spiritual disciplines.



  • Monthly group mentorship calls.
  • Access to foundational online courses (e.g., Foundations of Faith, Basics of Prophetic Ministry).
  • Bi-weekly emails with spiritual growth resources.
  • Community forum access for peer discussion and support.



Growth Tier: "Deepening Faith, Expanding Horizons"

Duration: 12 months

Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 or equivalent experience.


Focus: Deepening understanding of prophetic ministry, leadership, evangelism, and community building.



  • Bi-weekly group mentorship calls.
  • Access to a broader range of online courses, including intermediate topics.
  • Monthly one-on-one mentoring sessions.
  • Access to exclusive webinars and workshops.
  • Regular assignments and feedback for personal development.



Leadership Tier: "Empowering Leaders, Shaping the Future"

Duration: 12 months

Prerequisite: Completion of Level 2 or demonstrated leadership experience.


Focus: Preparing for leadership roles within the church, advanced prophetic training, and engaging in community and global impact.



  • Weekly group mentorship calls with seasoned leaders.
  • One-on-one coaching sessions with a dedicated mentor.
  • Leadership project: Planning and executing a ministry-related project.
  • Invitations to leadership retreats and conferences (additional costs may apply).
  • Access to advanced course materials and resources.
  • Certificate of Completion and potential endorsement for ministry roles.

  • This document outlines the policies and procedures governing the Kingdom Dynamics Mentorship Program. It is designed to ensure a safe, effective, and spiritually enriching experience for all participants.

    Program Structure

    • Duration and Levels: The program is structured into three levels: Foundations, Growth, and Leadership. Each has a specific duration and focus area.
    • Session Format: Sessions include one-on-one mentorship, group discussions, and interactive workshops via Zoom.
    • Attendance: Regular attendance is required for all sessions. Participants must notify leadership in case of absence.

    Enrollment and Participation

    • Application Process: Participants must complete an assessment form and meet specific criteria for each level of the program.
    • Acceptance: Acceptance into the program is based on the assessment and available slots.
    • Fees: Fees for each level are disclosed upfront. Payment plans and financial assistance options are available.

    Mentor-Mentee Guidelines

    • Matching Process: Mentees are paired with mentors based on common goals, background, and spiritual interests.
    • Confidentiality: All interactions within the mentorship relationship must maintain strict confidentiality unless there is a risk of harm.
    • Boundaries: Respectful and professional boundaries must be maintained in all interactions.

    Program Content

    • Curriculum: The curriculum includes Bible study, leadership skills, and practical ministry training.
    • Resources: Participants will have access to a variety of resources including books, online materials, and workshops.
    • Assignments: Regular assignments and reflections are part of the program to facilitate learning and growth.

    Code of Conduct

    • Respect: All participants are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity.
    • Integrity: Participants must exhibit honesty, integrity, and Christ-like behavior.
    • Conflict Resolution: Any conflicts should be addressed respectfully and through appropriate channels.

    Feedback and Evaluation

    • Regular Feedback: Mentees will receive regular feedback from their mentors.
    • Program Evaluation: Participants are expected to provide feedback on the program for continuous improvement.

    Termination of Participation

    • Grounds for Termination: Inappropriate behavior, breach of confidentiality, or continuous absence may lead to termination from the program.
    • Voluntary Withdrawal: Participants wishing to withdraw from the program must notify the coordinator in writing.

    Dispute Resolution

    • In case of any disputes or grievances, participants should first attempt to resolve the issue with their mentor. If unresolved, the program coordinator should be contacted.

    Changes to Policies and Procedures

    • The program reserves the right to modify these policies and procedures. Participants will be notified of any changes.


    • All participants are required to sign an acknowledgment form, confirming they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies and procedures.
