What Season Are You In?

There's nothing more dangerous than building in the wrong season. Ask the woman who tried to launch while still bleeding. Or the leader who wanted to scale without healing. How many times have you started something when you were supposed to be sitting still?
Most of the people I counsel aren't lazy or confused. They're out of rhythm. And when you're out of rhythm, even God ideas become heavy.
Because purpose without timing is punishment.
The Truth No One Wants to Say Out Loud
We love the fruit, but hate the fall. We post the wins, but hide the wilderness. Nothing grows year-round. Not in nature. Not in business. Not in you. There are seasons for strategy and seasons for surrender. Seasons for movement and seasons for mending. But our culture pushes you to perform regardless of where your soul is.
Let me say this plainly: If you're in a season of pruning, productivity will betray you.
How I Learned This the Hard Way
Years ago, I tried to build something while grieving. I pushed past the signs. I smiled on Zoom and showed up for everyone else, but behind the scenes, I was tired, foggy, and spiritually flatlined.
That's when God gave me the framework that changed everything:

Let's break it down:

Build: Fresh blueprints begin to take shape. You move again, but this time with precision.
You don't just "get back out there." You build what God actually told you to build.
Knowing what season you're in keeps you from copying someone else's assignment. It protects you from burnout masked as ambition and frees you from guilt when God says "wait," but the algorithm says "go."
